You need an extreme amount of patience when ordering from this company. Our pouf and rug, ordered on 29‑12‑’25, still haven’t been delivered. The estimated delivery time was supposed to be 5 days, but the estimated delivery date is pushed back every single day. After sending an email, you only receive an automatic message saying it may take up to 9 days to get a response. So far, we haven’t received any reply or proper update about our order. Very disappointing and I’m frustrated that I fell for their advertisement #misleadingsocialmedia

De levertijd zou 5 dagen zijn, maar de estimated delivery date wordt elke dag opnieuw vooruitgeschoven. Na het sturen van een e-mail ontvang je alleen een automatische melding dat het tot 9 dagen kan duren voordat je antwoord krijgt. Tot nu toe hebben we geen enkele reactie of nette update over onze bestelling ontvangen. Erg teleurstellend en baal dat ik hierin ben getrapt #socialmediamisleiding
I have not received my furniture and have been advised to be patient. I placed my order in November to ensure delivery before the holidays. I've reached out multiple times for a refund, but all I've been told is to wait. It's been nearly a month with no solution or genuine effort from customer service.
The support team seems severely understaffed or unresponsive. The items arrived damaged and of poor quality, yet the company won't take responsibility or provide a proper replacement. Instead, they insist on charging a hefty fee for returning items that shouldn't have been sent in this condition. Communication has been painfully slow—after weeks of back-and-forth, there's still no resolution. Overall, this experience feels very unprofessional and has greatly diminished my trust in the service.
The customer service takes 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS to respond and seems completely clueless. I ordered a table: I received the correct tabletop but the wrong legs (incorrect color). They sent a second shipment, which included a second tabletop but no legs. A third shipment provided the correct legs, but upon opening all the boxes, BOTH tabletops were damaged. As a result, I have been TWO MONTHS without a table and my home is filled with countless packages.
AVOID AVOID AVOID I ordered two rugs on November 16, 2025. Initially advised delivery for December 9, 2025, but the date slipped to December 12 and then never arrived. I'm still waiting. Customer service takes 5-7 business days to respond, which is poor—especially since I still have no response. I've ordered from elsewhere to ensure I have my items in time for Christmas. At some point, I will seek a refund before involving my bank. Another faceless company pretending to be a legitimate retailer online. AVOID AVOID AVOID
