I have wasted countless hours trying to get service disconnected at a rental property and to discuss a new promotion billing at my 95 year old mother's home. I call regularly and have been on hold for an unbelievable amount of time only to hear my wait time go UP!!! I've had wait times at 112 minutes numerous times! Then I decided to go online (even though I really needed to speak to a live person), and AI told me I had a 112 minute wait time. I've put my name on a "call back" list and have never been called back! So here I sit again with absolutely no answer as to how to get out of this maze of insanity. I started this journey on 8/18/25 and it is now 8/25/25 and with documented numerous calls and a list of the wait times for proof and not a resolution in sight!
