thought I was booking with hotel that had a shuttle, when I immediately called to get a ride they informed me this was not the case. They told me I needed to contact Brek for refund, When I did, they said it was up to the hotel. No one wanted to help me, I was stranded at the airport and charged for a room I booked for 5 minutes.DO NOT USE BREK, THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU!!!
