I would give zero stars if I could. I made a reservation at a Red Roof Inn Hotel and was almost immediately texted that the property rejected the booking claiming that no more rooms at that rate were available. The Red Roof Inn has no knowledge of this and the location in question had a practically empty parking lot indicating vacancy. When I attempted to seek resolution with their customer service line, I was treated with rudeness and disdain. The representative tried to make this about policy and procedure and implied that Brek was not in any way responsible for the failure to book. Meanwhile, I am still waiting on my refund. Do NOT use this service as it has proven unreliable at best and potentially criminal at worst.
