I made a reservation at a hotel I thought was a different hotel and immediately realized the mistake the hotel said it wouldn’t be a problem to cancel as long as brek would push it through , brek told me the hotel refused my claim as I was sitting in the lobby this is the text they sent me and have not responded to anything further “Hi Thomas, since they declined the refund request, kindly obtain a written approval from the hotel and send it over to our email help @ brek.com so we can reopen the case for you. In the meantime, we cannot proceed further unless a written approval was received from your end. We since apologize for the inconvenience and please let us know once you obtained the document.“ I am forced to stay at this hotel now first and last time dealing with this trash company
