Very responsive customer service and medical staff. I found the Brello experience to be excellent. They provide a great product and great support. It is a little confusing to communicate because there is the medical side and the customer service side and the app is wonky. But once I figured it out it was easy. Customers need to READ the instructions and medical information they send. It is thorough and clear. Also, get online to watch the multiple helpful videos. It’s all there!! Great product and great comoany.
