I would give zero stars if I could. Why wouldn’t you have an alternate plan in place for a pharmacy before leaving so many people high and dry? My renewal was canceled. The “map” hasn’t been updated on the pharmacy site since February 20 and doesn’t match the information on Brellos site. Customer service responses have been the same excuses without being helpful.
I've had a great experience with Brello, and have recommended it to friends. I started ordering in October 2025 and The pricing has been reliable and affordable, the order process as well. They did have a little glitch whem they moved their pharmacy location that they addressed in advance by giving a pre-order option, and that worked out the timing perfectly for me.
The process has been very very easy with Brello and the cost is the lowest I've found out there. I would give it a 5, but there have been some issues on occasion where my shipment doesnt automatically happen and I have to get customer service help. However customer service has always been amazing with their help.
I've always had great service with Brello. The product, customer support, and community are fantastic. I'm very happy I chose umbrella.I'm planning to continue with them for a very long time.

I am submitting this complaint regarding my experience with Brello.
On January 9, 2026, I placed a $499 order for prescription medication. Within days of ordering, I confirmed in writing the correct serviceable shipping address. The company replied confirming shipment would go to that address.
Despite this written confirmation, the order remained in “Preparing Prescription” status for weeks. I sent follow-up messages requesting an ETA and received no meaningful updates. Given the time-sensitive nature of prescription medication, the lack of communication was concerning and unacceptable.
On February 3, after extended non-response and no shipment, I initiated a credit card dispute. The following day, the order was suddenly shipped overnight and delivered shortly thereafter.
After delivery, Brello provided a written explanation claiming the delay occurred because I did not provide a serviceable address until February 3. This statement directly contradicts their earlier written confirmation acknowledging the correct address weeks prior.
The issue is not that the package eventually arrived. The issue is prolonged non-responsiveness, delayed fulfillment, and an explanation that conflicts with their own documented messages.
The proposed resolution required returning temperature-sensitive refrigerated medication, which raises obvious chain-of-custody concerns.
Consumers deserve accurate communication and timely fulfillment, especially when it involves prescription medication. My experience reflected significant operational disorganization and inconsistent internal documentation.
I hope the company reviews its internal communication and order processing systems so future customers do not experience similar delays and contradictory explanations.
It turns out to be the best way to get them to act fast vs being ignored, is to dispute your credit card and in my experience, they’ll get it to you the next day. After that, definitely cancel it’s not worth it. There’s much better at the same price out there who are good businesses.
Brello Health has been a mixed experience for me.
The biggest thing to know is that, in my experience, it doesn’t work quite like the name-brand medication. The effects feel different and not as consistent, which can be frustrating when you’re hoping for the same results.
Managing the subscription and reordering can also be a bit of a hassle. Sometimes it’s smooth, sometimes it takes extra time and effort, and customer service has been hit or miss depending on the situation.
That said, it is more affordable, and for people who need access to these medications but can’t make the brand-name pricing work, it can be a helpful alternative. It may not be perfect, but it’s better than having no option at all.
Overall: some frustrations, some benefits, and probably worth considering if cost is the main barrier.
Once my state was relicensed after the Pharmacy move, it was literally two days later I had my medication in hand. I'm very happy with the medication, and love that Brello makes it affordable for people to obtain these life changing medications that help treat the disease of obesity. Wish my insurance company would realize this and still cover name brand, but I'm so grateful to have found Brello to continue my journey.
I have had a great experience so far with no issues or delays in my medication . I would like to be able to access what my weight and other information I shared with the doctor so I can be accurate the next time I need a refill.
I was with a few different companies before Brello and was not satisfied. I have been with Brello now for almost a year and they have been amazing. You can trust them to have great support and product.
