Review is for the service not the product. The product is nice looks great. The service was beyond horrible, I bought this for a friends wedding gift and it took weeks to arrive which I was fine with but after I emailed the company asking for just an update on the order as two weeks after ordering it all it said was “order placed” which only meant I paid for it as that’s what it said I day I placed the order. So two weeks no updates whatsoever and the only reply’s I’ve received have ignored what I actually asked and just reiterated that the order was in process. I finally got annoyed being seemingly ignored and given a generic response and let them know that 2 weeks with no information on the order even after I reached out was very sketchy and I was worried I had been scammed as I have never ordered anything and been ignored for two weeks after. Well funny enough they finally email me telling me the order is processed and now has been handed to the USPS. What’s funny is after weeks of generic robot responses and being ignored they respond to me with that the day after telling them I was going to talk to my bank as this seemed like a fraudulent company from my point of view at the time. So the order arrives the day of the wedding I was in another state and due to the company refusing to do the bare minimum of keeping the customer informed I was unable to get it to the groom in time. If the company had done the bare minimum of responding and letting me know any updates I could have changed the shipping address in time and had it sent to a place in the state with the wedding and gotten it to the groom in time but no Brelsen did not think I was worth the five minutes it would have taken to keep me informed. The products may be nice but this company is horrible when it comes to customer service a simple attempt to keep me informed could have saved this wedding gift but that basic part of business is too much trouble for Brelsen. You can get same quality with much better service elsewhere
