This company used to be excellent, I used to promote them everywhere I went and then boom.Rock bottom, it’s crazy how much you can support a company out of the goodness of your heart and they throw it back at you like a brick, telling me they can’t do this and that etc then the next minute they can do it but they ‘waved the admin fee’? So you can do it then you just chose not to do it. Then i had to notify them for hitting a pothole (council said I had to) they put it down as a non fault which is fine but then the under writers (markerstudy) put it down as lost control of vehicle???I then asked if brentacre would sort this for me but all I got was, talk to the underwriters yourself and thrown to one side once again. It takes nothing in life to just appreciate your customers especially when they’re pushing your company to many people, make a phone call to the underwriters yourself and help the person that’s providing custom to your business. I DON’T recommend this company anymore.
