Hands down the best car insurance experience I’ve ever had. Ben helped me to find the best product for my needs and explained everything perfectly for my modified Toyota supra. It’s very hard to find an insurance broker who understands these types of cars - so it was a breath of fresh air.I will be using Brentacre for all my future car insurance requirements.
First time, owning a VW van was given Brentacre insurance to contact, having searched other insurances, I was suprised on how much cheaper they were and how well the delt with my enquiry. Speaking to a human was great as well. Lots of extra added as well at no cost, so again it was nice to receive. So far happy with what I received.
I've just renewed my campervan insurance with Brentacre for something like the 14th year running. They're so much easier to deal with than any major insurer I've ever had to deal with for my regular car. Prices do seem to go up and down with the general market and they don't try to rip me off each year by wild changes in either the premium or the excesses. There's a lot to be said for the ability to get straight on the phone to somebody who's British, can communicate well, is well trained, knows the industry well, and understands what a campervan is and all its modifications (which you simply list once). With other insurances I have to shop around or haggle every single year, and fortunately I don't have to with Brentacre, which is very refreshing.
