The first time I've purchased insurance and felt good after the process, they operate like real people not machines, nice to speak to, not sitting for 15 minutes on hold. Didnt keep pestering me like Just-Kampers/Adrian Flux desperate for the sale. Dont charge for modifications added ect. I would honestly stay with them in the future even if they weren't the cheapest (but they were this time).
