I ordered an advent calendar from the company and am still waiting for it to arrive. Tomorrow marks the 3rd of December, having placed my order on November 24th with a promised two-day delivery. There’s been no sign of it, and the company is just blaming the courier. This service is simply unacceptable. I paid £50 for the calendar and have received nothing. It's frustrating, and I would advise against ordering for the holidays as your order may not arrive. It's unfortunate that the customer service seems indifferent.
