I took advantage of the January sale and ordered myself a nice stash of Stouts, Porters, and dark ales fabulous prices and with free delivery.
First - the choice was really good, a nice variety to sample my taste buds on.
Second - the site was easy to use with lots of information so I was confident the ones I chose would suit me.
Third - the delivery was fast, received my order within 3 working days, well packaged and with tracking notifications so i didn't miss my delivery.
Finally - The Beers / Ales - WOW. I've found some real favourites that I'll just have to order again. And as for everyday Stout, Black Heart will be my go to, so much better than the famous name Stouts in my opinion.
A Very Happy customer.

Unfortunately, despite being a shareholder, I would rate Brewdog's recent performance as 1 star. I have been waiting for a response to an email for weeks before new years and I visited a bar today where I was told there is no food despite it being well within the hours listed on the Brewdog site and tables being available to book. I can see my shareholding being valueless but at least I would like a helpful experience prior to that point.

Fantastic experience from start to finish

I had a fantastic experience overall. First, placing an order online was incredibly simple. Second, the shipping was prompt, and the courier provided real-time tracking, which allowed me to see the driver's progress and remaining stops. Finally, the selection of products was impressive; I stocked my fridge with lager, pale ale, IPA, and stout. With 62 cans of various options, my family and guests were thrilled to enjoy a great variety of beers during the holiday season. Cheers to a successful new year ahead!

Caution advised when ordering

Caution is advised when ordering from this company. I placed an order on November 18th, and it still hasn't shipped! I've emailed five times with no response! I'm £30 out of pocket and am at a loss on how to resolve this since no one is replying to my emails!

Excellent customer support! I mistakenly purchased a gift card and received an email confirming it would be refunded promptly, all within a week. The company is always a favorite since the beer is exceptional.

Unsatisfactory delivery

Unsatisfactory delivery. I ordered an advent calendar and a glass on November 25th. The glass arrived, but the advent calendar did not. Now it’s December 2nd, making it a late gift, and I’ve received no response from either the company or the courier. Update: It’s been over two weeks and multiple emails to the company, with only a standard reply on Trustpilot as acknowledgment.

Disappointing delivery experience

I ordered an advent calendar from the company and am still waiting for it to arrive. Tomorrow marks the 3rd of December, having placed my order on November 24th with a promised two-day delivery. There’s been no sign of it, and the company is just blaming the courier. This service is simply unacceptable. I paid £50 for the calendar and have received nothing. It's frustrating, and I would advise against ordering for the holidays as your order may not arrive. It's unfortunate that the customer service seems indifferent.
