The representatives claimed they "didn't know anything" about my order, even though it had been completed and paid for online hours earlier. It took me 25 minutes to call in and collect my 1-liter tin of paint. To their credit, I did receive a somewhat reluctant apology this time. However, I've often encountered problems at this location. The staff seem either too occupied with personal activities outside to assist or just stare blankly when I ask a simple question.
