This company has gone so downhill. Do not bother to sign up to the Bonus Club, they have removed points from my account before the due date and not sent a birthday voucher. I left a query on the website and got no response. I then emailed and got a standard response about the points which wasn't accurate and they didn't mention the birthday voucher. I emailed back and they've ignored me. They used to serve good value food, the bonus club was brilliant with lots of vouchers and they responded positively to feedback. Now they are not interested in customer service at all. I certainly won't be using them again.
