Absolutely poor customer service! We were left shocked, embarrassed, and disappointed. We were greeted at the entrance by a middle-aged lady who was rude and arrogant from the start. After calling to book a reservation, we were advised to book online due to system issues. We called back to add more guests and mentioned our interest in watching the cup final, with kids supervised in the soft play area.Upon arrival, we were met with hostility. The lady loudly and rudely asked, "What do you want me to do? I don't know what you want," creating a scene that made us feel embarrassed and wrong. Despite kids not being allowed in the bar area, we had enough adults to supervise them, yet no solution was offered. My wife was spoken to condescendingly, implying she couldn't understand English, which felt racially motivated. Another customer appeared shocked by the treatment we received. When I questioned the lady's rudeness, she loudly declared we weren't welcome, threw her pen towards us, and walked off, leaving us humiliated with everyone staring. Our 4 kids were disappointed. As a director in luxury retail, I understand client experience better than most. We drove 3 miles to another place and had a completely different, positive experience.Avoid this place at all costs! I wish I had read the reviews before booking. It's no surprise it has a 2-star rating. If I could, I'd provide a zero star!
