Our visit was quite disappointing with several issues to mention. We ordered three roasts and another meal, but extras for the fourth meal were out of stock, and we had to ask for a refund, feeling awkward in doing so. All three roasts were cold except for the meat and came with minimal vegetables. When we inquired about the missing seasoned greens, we were told that was all that came with them, which was untrue as other tables had greens. After pointing this out, the server took a long time to return with a bowl of vegetables, still without the greens. We ended up just eating the meat and the bowl of vegetables provided. Paying £18-20 per roast for this was unacceptable, and the service was nearly as poor. I would advise avoiding this place.
