I ordered a toy from this platform as a main Christmas gift for my son. It promised delivery before Christmas. Now it’s Christmas Eve, and the toy hasn’t arrived. I’m left trying to figure out how to explain this disappointment to my son and convince him that Santa is real. It’s disgraceful to falsely advertise delivery times when you can’t meet them. Ignoring my messages is also unacceptable. Disgraceful.
