By shipping you something (with proof of shipment), they are able to win the chargeback dispute with your CC company (when you ultimately complain that they didn't deliver on the full product you ordered). They are thieves.

Disappointing Experience with Holiday Order

I ordered a toy from this website as a major Christmas gift for my son. It promised delivery before Christmas. Now, on Christmas Eve, the toy hasn't arrived, leaving me to figure out what to tell my son to ease his disappointment on Christmas Day and convince him that Santa is real. It's unacceptable to falsely advertise delivery times and then ignore my messages. Truly shameful.

If they actually send anything, the products are nice. But that’s a significant if! When you try to reach out to them about your order, they ignore you for weeks, then say they’re looking into it but never follow up. My child specifically requested this for Christmas, so I ordered well in advance but still haven’t received it. Friends who ordered the same items after us got theirs delivered. It feels like you pay and just hope for the best! I really wish they would respond.
