I ordered a high-end item from this platform, and today I received a low-quality item that was not what I ordered! The box had no invoice or company name, just a lot of foreign writing. I feel so let down and heartbroken, as a single parent it took me a long time to save for something special for my son at Christmas. Since it took so long to arrive, there’s no time to rectify the order. I’ve emailed the company but don’t expect much help. Please be cautious and avoid this platform; I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through this. It has left me in tears.
