I ordered the sample box - was told I'd receive a confirmation email which didn't come, I thought nothing of this assuming that all was fine, the money had left my bank after all. After a while i started to receive emails with titles such as "Your Cart is Expiring" and "Quick, Order Now Before We Stock Out" I quickly emailed Brickell to check everything was ok - no reply. I eventually had to leave a very public comment on their FB to get any kind of response. Days later I received the sample pack "lovingly prepared by Andy", I can only assume Andy has no fingers as NONE of the lids were on properly and one of the products had leaked a bit, also at the back of the box was a little tab and the words "pull tab for more samples" I pulled the tab, no further samples behind said tab and every single product fell out the box. Oh well!I found the guide really helpful, it told me what to use and when which was a genuine help, the only negative for this is that you don't get all of the products that the guide mentions (beard oil, SPF moisturiser for example) which caused confusion on first use. Ok, the products themselves - I went for the "Scented" option and regret it immensely - I thought the products would have masculine tones but I think its just the smell of raw ingredients which was really unpleasant. I have followed the routine set out in the guides religiously - I received the box last Thursday and today I have run out of around half of the products (things like the eye moisturiser and face scrub are going to last way longer than things like the balancing toner because they are all put in the same size packaging), I want to say (like many of the reviews on the official website) that I saw a skin transformation, but I didn't, if anything for the first couple of days my skin looked worse - quite red and blotchy but eventually calmed down. I think just as the products were starting to work, I ran out. This may be a clever marketing trick to get you to buy, but for me it hasn't worked. The retail price of many of these items is way too high compared to others (especially for the UK market), if I had seen better results or if the sample sizes were slightly bigger to give 2 weeks worth of use so you had a clear idea of what's worked then maybe I would have invested. I find it a little strange that you cannot leave a review on the Brickell website, yet they boast over 2000 5 star reviews, they either cherry pick their feedback or its fake. You also cannot leave a review on Facebook, my assumption here is that there are many people like me who think these are very average, poorly priced products but Brickell doesn't want you to know about it.All in all, I've given 3 stars because it hasn't burnt my skin off, I only paid shipping and I haven't really lost anything. If I'd paid considerable money it would be a 1 star review. Hope others find this helpful.
