I ordered the free sample with a £5 delivery fee. The samples arrived promptly. I’ve used most of the facial products, but the sample size only allows for 2 or 3 applications. They seem like good products, but there isn't enough to really assess if they justify the higher price. Ideally, the samples should provide around 7 uses. The £10 discount for the first purchase feels useless since the delivery for a single item is a steep £8.50. It’s nearly as affordable to order through another platform if you have a membership. Overall, it was a 3-star experience—decent but not exceptional.
I've only been using the product for a couple weeks now. So far, I don't see any results. But company info does say it may take a few weeks before results appear.The one thing I definitely do not like, is that "usage directions" is vague. There are multiple Brickell products. But there's very little info on how to use each product, which order, which ones can be used together, how much to use, etc. How to videos would be nice.
