I ordered the free sample with a £5 delivery fee. The samples arrived promptly. I’ve used most of the facial products, but the sample size only allows for 2 or 3 applications. They seem like good products, but there isn't enough to really assess if they justify the higher price. Ideally, the samples should provide around 7 uses. The £10 discount for the first purchase feels useless since the delivery for a single item is a steep £8.50. It’s nearly as affordable to order through another platform if you have a membership. Overall, it was a 3-star experience—decent but not exceptional.
