The requirement to merge accounts has caused significant login problems. I am unable to log in, as I get logged out immediately. The merging process has created a mess, and I am now unable to access my account. I am frustrated by the lack of communication and support, feeling that I am not getting value for my money. I would recommend using an alternative platform.
