I bought from Bricklink in the recent AFOL programme, I was subjected to high customs charges, missing packages, abysmal support and as I was charged in dollars, I did not get the full refund due to exchange rates. So it actually cost me £7 for the privilege of emailing them for 4 months trying to track down my package.Never again.
