When I contacted customer support, their response was unhelpful, placing the blame solely on me for the payment issue. Despite providing my details for follow-up, I never heard back. Given similar complaints from others, it seems the platform no longer guarantees safe transactions. Recently, I received a demand for seller fees, which I promptly paid before closing my account.
