Great Customer Service

Barbara walked me thru testing the adapter board. We confirmed it was defective. The same day she shipped out a replacement. Excellent customer service! Very pleased with the battery packs. They were on for about 12 hours each day and the batteries in the pack worked for 3 days straight.
