I had an absolutely terrible experience. I purchased a door and asked about delivery and installation costs beforehand. The staff quoted around €120 for a standard door, stating it might reach €200 for larger sizes. I agreed, and they assured me a technician would come the next day for measurements. Two weeks passed with no contact, despite my numerous calls. I eventually returned to the store, which is quite far from my home. They apologized, promising to take measurements right away and scheduling installation for October 23rd — 45 days later. Although the wait was frustrating, I agreed. After 45 days, I went back to confirm the installation date, feeling skeptical. Once again, they said they couldn’t make it and postponed it another 15 days. To my surprise, they then quoted €500 for installation! I reminded them of their original estimate of €120–€200, but they refused to honor it. I requested a refund. This has been a deeply disappointing experience — three months wasted with excuses, poor communication, and inadequate service. Even after all this, they failed to provide timely quotations, forcing me to keep visiting the store for basic information.
