Very disappointing service experience.

I had a very disappointing experience with the service. I purchased a door and inquired about delivery and installation fees in advance. The staff quoted me around €120 for a standard door, mentioning it could increase to €200 for larger sizes. I agreed, and they assured me a technician would come the next day for measurements. Two weeks went by without any contact, despite my repeated calls. I eventually made the long trip back to the store, where they apologized and promised to take measurements immediately, scheduling installation for October 23rd — 45 days later. Although the delay was frustrating, I accepted. After 45 days, I returned to verify the installation date, feeling doubtful. Yet again, they informed me that they couldn’t make it and postponed it another 15 days. Shockingly, they then quoted €500 for a simple door installation! I reminded them of their initial estimate of €120–€200, but they refused to honor it. I asked for a refund. This has been an extremely disappointing experience — three months wasted filled with excuses, poor communication, and inadequate service. Even after all this, they failed to provide timely quotations, forcing me to repeatedly visit the store just to obtain basic information.

Terrible shop with no customer support!

What is happening with this store? Eleven days ago, I ordered tiles for my bathroom and paid €79 just for shipping, which I found out would be delivered to the street, not my home! The courier contacted me two days ago, promising delivery that day, but no one has shown up! I've been stuck at home for four days due to this terrible service, waiting for the shipment. The store isn’t responding to emails or answering the phone. I’m planning to cancel this order and will never purchase anything from this poor retail experience again!

Nightmare experience!

Yet another nightmare – registering or placing an order is impossible. This store exemplifies how dysfunctional online retail can be. I wanted to place an online order with home delivery, but there’s no proper way to register. There are no clear links or instructions, and you’re forced to check out as a guest, with no way to track or manage your order afterward. I spent over two hours trying to figure it out. It was a complete waste of time. No support, no guidance, and no professionalism. Just another exhausting experience with this retail environment. Nothing works, and the customer is left entirely on their own. I’m done.

Received damaged item.

I ordered a cupboard, but it arrived with two damaged boards. The cupboard was very simple and easy to assemble, but it was disappointing to receive a damaged product. I don’t have the time to return it or get a refund, so I had to make do, but I’m really not satisfied.

Would rate zero stars if possible.

I would rate zero stars if I could. You might think it’s a large store, but it feels like a scam. Products are sourced from companies abroad, and the delivery times they provide are completely inaccurate. It’s just excuses, no support. I will never shop here again and cannot recommend it at all.

Purchased a pellet stove online.

I bought a pellet stove online. The stove malfunctioned, and I immediately contacted the number provided. I was told that the location was too far and there wasn’t another technician available nearby. When I emailed the headquarters, I found they had no service attitude, ignoring my specific questions, and just advised me to reach out to their technical department. They exhibited the same lack of service. They also didn’t recognize the name listed on their brochure. They ignored their warranty obligations. The stove cost me €750.
