Bridgit were super quick in valuing both properties and giving unconditional approval within 48 hours of valuation report. That is great service.We had given up getting a response back from our bank, i.e. 5 weeks after application, as it was a bridging loan. Bridgit came to the rescue. Yes you pay a little more but it is worth it.Twice I requested statement of accounts and I received initial personal response of acknowledgement within an hour and the statement emailed next business day. Their service has been nothing but exceptional.
