The delivery address was wrong, and I reached out immediately by phone and email. I was promised a callback that never came. The order was shipped despite the address issue, and I was told to go to the wrong address to retrieve my package! There was no effort made to resolve this from their end.
This was a dreadful experience. I've had better service from self-service checkouts. The company shows no care for its customers. I'm currently waiting to see if they will honor my locked-in order or issue a refund. Meanwhile, my funds are being held with no confirmation. This is unacceptable for price-sensitive purchases. Terrible company, fake business. They never respond and redirect you to an answering service that isn't part of their team. They take your details but never call back. I've noticed an increase in scam calls lately, and I believe this business is part of that. They ruined my important event. Avoid this company at all costs; there are much better options out there.
