Having been ordering from Brigade for several years now, I have always been happy with the service and quality of the products. On this occasion however, I received a book bag that was not up to the usual standards. I contacted customer services and my issue was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Elle was both apologetic and extremely helpful with the entire process, showing great customer service, with a friendly, but professional manner.
