I have regularly ordered school uniform through Brigade and have always been happy with the items. On this occasion the delivery was lost by the courier. Elle in customer services was super helpful arranging a replacement to be delivered to my home address (I had then missed the deadline for school delivery). She always replied to my emails promptly and helped me track the replacement delivery until she knew i had actually received it. Will continue to order in the future!
