I share the same frustration. I placed my order over a month ago, and it finally arrived just 10 minutes ago. I was under the impression I ordered retractable ratchet straps. Like many others, I received a very cheap version without hooks. While most reviewers seem to have received a set of four, I only got one for $94! This feels like a scam!
