Steer Clear! Deceptive Practices! If I could give a lower rating, I certainly would. I purchased these as a Christmas gift, and it took a couple of months to receive them. They just arrived today. I ordered self-retracting ratchet straps, but instead, I received low-quality standard hand ratchet straps. Be cautious with this service!
