If I could give negative stars, I certainly would. The customer service here is the worst I've ever encountered. The team seems to specialize in confusion, ignorance, and misinformation. I submitted my application and received confirmation, but after weeks of calls, I was told it was still processing. Each representative provided different excuses, and I was left feeling frustrated and ignored. The quality of the calls was poor, with heavy accents and a lack of willingness to help. This company is truly disappointing!
