The company stated it would disburse the funds owed to me for my annuity on October 15, 2025. I have contacted their customer support several times, but they seem unaware of the status of my funds. Given the significant amount involved, it appears I may need to consider legal action.
If negative stars were an option, I would choose them. The customer service I faced was appalling. The team excels in confusion, neglect, and misinformation. I submitted my application and received confirmation, but after multiple calls, I was told it was still processing. Each representative provided different excuses, and I was left feeling frustrated. The poor call quality and lack of willingness to help made this experience truly dreadful.

I purchased an annuity and decided to cancel it at the end of August. They charged me hefty fees and promised a quick refund after I canceled. Now, over a month later, I still haven't received my check. My broker made several inquiries but received different excuses each time. Only after threatening to escalate the issue did they promise to send the check, which I still haven't received. It's unacceptable how quickly they took my money but how long it takes to return it.
I’ve been trying for over two months to get a name correction on my life insurance policy. Despite being a policy owner and beneficiary, my requests have been met with confusion and different answers each time. They claim letters were sent to confirm the correction, but I've received nothing. It feels chaotic, and I've lost faith in their ability to handle even the simplest tasks. I’m considering switching providers after more than a decade of payments.
On August 4, I submitted a life insurance claim as the beneficiary, including all required documents. By August 7, I received no updates. After multiple calls, I encountered unhelpful representatives and was told my claim wasn’t processed due to an unclear requirement. I had to push to speak with a supervisor to address their mistake. This company has shown poor communication and a lack of urgency. If I hadn't followed up, my claim would still be ignored. I do not recommend this company.
Erafat provided outstanding service. He answered all my questions regarding the paperwork needed to close my mother's account and patiently guided me through every page. His courtesy and professionalism were greatly appreciated. He deserves recognition for his excellent work.
As the executor of an estate, I faced unprofessional and rude behavior from the staff. They provided incorrect forms and addresses and lied multiple times. I've been treated poorly while trying to settle my mother's estate. I cannot recommend them at all.
After years with this annuity, I decided to surrender it, but they were dishonest about the costs involved. They withheld too much and refused to honor their previous statements. Their investment performance has also been disappointing. I strongly advise against investing with this company.
