I hope this is the correct location to leave a review for BrightHouse Financial. I have Windows 11 and it seems like BING tries to take over every operation. I had received a notice from BrightHouse regarding my account. I was not familiar with some of the requirements of that account. I called but none of the pre-programmed responses fit my question. I was able to get a representative on the line rather quickly. I was not aware of several account nuances. A representative, ARAFAT, was very helpful explaining the differences in the account. Additionally, he took care of an item that needed attention. I was well satisfied with the telephone experience with the representative and his knowledge of the situation.
