I saw an advertisement for this and thought okay let me check it out. And then I saw that the premium membership was $97, I got off of it so quick and deleted the app cause I was like nah bruh. But then 2-3 days later I get a charge on my bank account for $97. I was like huh? And seen that it was Bright money. So I redownloaded the app and cancelled my membership but could not get a refund back because of the AI chats, I finally was able to find a phone number to contact customer support and Georgia Griffin picked up and was ready to help me resolve my situation. She helped a lot if it honestly wasn’t for Georgia's help on initiating my refund back I wouldn’t have rated them a 4 star so I just want to say Georgia Griffin is an awesome well respected worker. I hope you guys treat her well there.
