I saw an advertisement for this and thought okay let me check it out. And then I saw that the premium membership was $97, I got off of it so quick and deleted the app cause I was like nah bruh. But then 2-3 days later I get a charge on my bank account for $97. I was like huh? And seen that it was Bright money. So I redownloaded the app and cancelled my membership but could not get a refund back because of the AI chats, I finally was able to find a phone number to contact customer support and Georgia Griffin picked up and was ready to help me resolve my situation. She helped a lot if it honestly wasn’t for Georgia's help on initiating my refund back I wouldn’t have rated them a 4 star so I just want to say Georgia Griffin is an awesome well respected worker. I hope you guys treat her well there.
I called to see if my account was open or closed!! The agent I got to assist me was Tyler!!! He was sharp and fast and I was able to get everything figured out quickly and taken care of!! Very professional and kind and reassuring me entire time!!! Thank you Tyler!! You work reflects your empathy and compassion for the customers of your company!!! TBH - this app was confusing to use. I really don’t see the need to use it. It’d be better just to set up a recutting deposit into a high yield savings account. This also has a fee of $39. It really didn’t help me at all.
I had been having a lot of problems with the bright app but today I actually got some very good help and I was satisfied with the way the person that had helped me was interacting with me and was very helpful and I appreciate that her name was Sarah Clark
I couldn't figure out how to setup an account with bright and then I chatted with a live representative and they got me all taken care of, great customer service and fast as well, keep up the great work
Mr Allen cooper was very kind and helpful on assisting me with a very difficult situation so grateful that there was no conflict of interest on what I had needed thank you 10 starts for him
This feels like a scam. I want to warn others before using this app to explore its content. Even if you think you're only signing up to browse, you might still get charged. I initially signed up without opting for a membership, yet they automatically enrolled me and charged $97. When I inquired, they claimed it was due to my login. They were unhelpful in canceling my subscription or issuing a refund. At least I managed to cancel the subscription, but I'm still out $97. Best of luck to others considering this app.
What made my experience outstanding was the rapid response time from the customer service representative who guided me through the necessary steps to achieve my goal on the site. The representative was incredibly polite, professional, knowledgeable, and patient. Their training has clearly been effective.
