I wish I’d read the reviews! Not UK based as expected. Garment came from China. I bought a “cashmere” jumper for £49.99. When it eventually arrived, the jumper had no labels on it whatsoever. I thought this was very odd. Messaged the contact email and was advised by Luca that I can return at my own expense (to their warehouse in Asia) or keep the jumper and choose something else at a small cost. This is not in line with my statutory rights or the consumer rights act. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP!!
