Terrible product quality and abusive customer service.

Please be VERY CAREFULL WITH THIS COMPANY: I bought online the item “Eigona™ - Casual Revers Cardigan Jacket” – They will possibly delete or amend the add after this review? -.When received, the item was AWEFUL: I´m 1,73m tall with S size, and it´s SO LONG that covers my ankles. The material also FEELS LIKE CHEAP PLASTIC (incredibly abusive for the price of the item) and it DOES NOT look or fits like the photo at all: on the add it looks like cotton material, stylish and kind of tight but also casual and relaxed, and with a length above the knee on the model. IN REALITY, I repeat (will add photos if platform allows it), it´s HUGE (like a LONG gown till the feet), wide and of plastic texture. Also, the item never did not have even a label of a new item attached.I asked for a full refund immediately, so frustrated, and they asked me to send them photos of the label – THAT WAS NEVER ATTACHED!!!! -. After convincing them of this, and wasting a huge amount of time, they say refunds could ONLY be made if I returned the item. Then I try to return it but find out that the company it not in Brighton UK but IN CHINA and costs of return would make me lose money – as they refused to cover the costs themselves-. I fought for this, and they eventually say they could offer a partial refund (version changed! - completely incoherent with their previous statement where this was not possible at all?!! Showing, in my opinion, a clear “we´ll try first and see, even if it´s abusive, and see if customers go away with it”).I then refused and kept fighting for my rights and against the abuse. Although I repeated and explained the UNETHICAL AND UNFAIR situation as they OPENLY LYE in the add description (the issue is not that I just don´t like the item or change my mind, but that it´s completely DIFFERENT), the company NEVER RECONGISED THEIR FAULT, and kept offering a maximum 50% refund, continuing signposting me to their “policy” which does NOT show at all the hypothetic “maximum 50% refund” term without posting the item back that they claimed – Again, this just proves they make up their own terms and change them depending on the customer “pressure” trying to not lose money, even if it´s clearly their fault; but at the same time they offer the minimum they can as they deep down KNOW it´s their fault. Will NEVER BUY AGAIN NOR RECOMMEND it.
