My order did not even remotely resemble the image on their website and was a cheap, inferior piece or rubbish. They are refusing to cover the cost of return to China. I am now submitting a chargeback request via my card issuer.I understand that if a company receives a number of these - their merchant banking facilities are reviewed by its provider.
