Extremely poor quality of products.

The quality of the items is shockingly bad. Everything tarnishes or breaks, and the prices are far too high. They claim to offer quality and support, but that's not the case. They don't assist with issues and instead blame customers for tarnishing. I recently received an email regarding my latest problem with tarnishing and stones falling out, stating that I should only expect my items to last one to two years. Over the past two years, I've reached out to the support team about eight times for various problems, and I always receive the same unsatisfactory response. It feels like they don't care at all.
