The quality of the items is shockingly bad. Everything tarnishes or breaks, and the prices are far too high. They claim to offer quality and support, but that's not the case. They don't assist with issues and instead blame customers for tarnishing. I recently received an email regarding my latest problem with tarnishing and stones falling out, stating that I should only expect my items to last one to two years. Over the past two years, I've reached out to the support team about eight times for various problems, and I always receive the same unsatisfactory response. It feels like they don't care at all.
I have been buying products like purses, wallets, watches, and jewelry from this brand for years, but that has changed. If the company can't handle a simple task like replacing a battery in a $200+ watch on-site, forcing me to go to a jeweler or send it away for repairs, then I can no longer support them.
Be cautious with the app used for online orders. I tried to buy a surprise gift, but after clicking 'View Cart,' I received a confirmation email without any card details. I didn't even have an account there. It made a purchase without my consent, leading me to cancel both the order and my account.
I have been a loyal customer for years, but my recent experience was unacceptable. The assistant manager was unhelpful, and my calls to the district manager went unanswered. It's disappointing, as I liked their products, but I can't continue shopping there.
