This company is terrible to a point of ridiculous, they teach about neurodiversity yet belittle you if you ask for help. Other companies advertise the course as around 5000 words per assignment at most and I have written nearly 64000 just for one assignment (there are 7 in total) and they still are advising I need to write more, and when asked for help the guidance given was basically just to get on with it, and it is my fault if I do not understand. They can't seem to explain their IQA process and seem to think if it passes their IQA it may still fail EQA. My sanity and my belief in my ability to do my job have been shaken by this company. It is only because I do the job day in day out, have green statistics and respect in my place of work, who know I can do it, that I have not given up. Given the option I would have gone with somewhere a little more expensive and I would have gained hours of my life back from writing pointless assignments which you can repeat yourself up to 5 times in one assignment, no awarding body would ask for a learner to prove competence in the same area several times in the same assignment. They could not seem to answer questions on this, they just told me to 'hand it in if I wanted and risk failing'. The whole process is soul destroying, particularly if you are a high achiever who has studied many online courses with great success.
