Review Time
I was waiting for my certificate so i could provide my honest review of my experience. I had purchased level 3 assessor course in September initially it was a bit confusing for me to start this course I requested for extra support which was given after a while which I understand depndeds on the tutor availability. Course material involves more reading and also they make sure no AI is involved which was frustrating for me but as per the academic conduct that is not concerned me at all despite gives me opportunity to do extra research and grip on the assessment methods. Overall it was amazing and new experience.
I have purchased Level 4 HLTA course. Sales department were knowledgable enough to provide me necessary details about the course. Just received welcome message from my tutor as well. So far going good let’s see where it will take me to.
Avoid. I want my money back. No teaching at all and nothing is ever good enough, constantly ask for more and more!Feedback is patronising, like "nice try"Complete all they ask in the feedback, only for them to come up with more, which looks ai generated. No guidance on each question, you get stuck in an endless feedback loop. Not good practice. Reading other feedback, they will tell you they can't pass you because of the criteria, but they make up their own, additional criteria, beyond the awarding body. My engineering degrees were less demanding. The good reviews must be mostly fake, awful company!I've sent a complaint to their awarding body, and I'm raising a small claims case to get my money back.So pleased I went elsewhere for my AET and IQA.
Completing the Bright Pathway Level 3 AELLT course was a really positive experience. The feedback is genuinely helpful and easy to act on, which makes a big difference as you progress. Zoe, my tutor, was fantastic! She was supportive and clearly experienced. It also helps that you can pay in instalments, which makes the course much more accessible. The platform is the same as the one used by The Educationist and Education School (Moodle). It’s a well-structured course that feels supportive and practical throughout. The course can be used in conjunction with a PGCE or DET in order to apply for QTLS teaching English within FE.
I want to share an open and honest reflection on my experience of the Level 3 Award in Education and Training course. Overall, I feel that the course lacked sufficient teaching elements to meaningfully extend my knowledge. The learning was almost entirely student‑led and based solely on reading materials, without any real in‑person or live‑teaching input. While I did gain some useful insights from the readings and from completing the coursework, the tasks often felt repetitive in nature. Combined with the absence of taught sessions, this left me feeling that the course was missing depth and opportunities for richer learning.I do want to highlight, however, that my tutor, Felicia, was excellent throughout the course. She responded promptly to any questions or enquiries, and her feedback on assignments was always clear, supportive, and helpful. I also appreciated the chat forum feature, which offered a space to ask questions and seek support when needed. The layout of the course platform was easy to navigate, and the digital resources—particularly the example assignments—were genuinely useful. I also really enjoyed the Micro‑Teach assessment. It provided a valuable chance to put learning into practice and receive constructive feedback from the tutor team. However, I feel the organisation of the Micro‑Teach sessions needs improvement. We were only given two weeks’ notice of when the sessions would run, which was challenging to work around a busy work schedule. Because of the short notice, I struggled to rearrange commitments and experienced delays in being able to access a session. Additionally, the exact session time was not confirmed until 48 hours beforehand, and the running order wasn’t provided until around an hour before the assessment. This made planning extremely difficult. In summary, there were aspects of the course that I found helpful, and several features—such as the tutor support, chat forum, and Micro‑Teach opportunity—were genuinely positive. However, there are also several areas that would benefit from significant improvement to make the course a more enriching and fully supportive learning experience.
