My father has been left alone in bed multiple times, and the company has done nothing regarding staff not showing up. Some caregivers are experienced and caring, but many are not informed about the client or necessary tasks, often arriving late, leaving early, and being distracted by their phones. Feedback is dismissed, and clients are labeled as having an attitude. I would recommend seeking alternatives; this service is disappointing.
