The care provided has been quite inconsistent. Out of four caregivers, I've only had one satisfactory experience. Several caregivers were frequently distracted by their phones. One even hid to use her phone while she was meant to be monitoring the patient to prevent choking or seizures. This is both unsafe and unreliable care.

The service is very expensive and lacks quality. While some employees show genuine care, the company seems more focused on maximizing billable hours than on their clients' needs. My father has been left alone in bed multiple times, and the company has done nothing regarding staff not showing up. Some caregivers are experienced and caring, but many are not informed about the client or necessary tasks, often arriving late, leaving early, and being distracted by their phones. Feedback is dismissed, and clients are labeled as having an attitude. I would recommend seeking alternatives; this service is disappointing.
