The care provided has been quite inconsistent. Out of four caregivers, I've only had one satisfactory experience. Several caregivers were frequently distracted by their phones. One even hid to use her phone while she was meant to be monitoring the patient to prevent choking or seizures. This is both unsafe and unreliable care.
